As CEO, John will continue to direct the company implementation process and secure capital. In addition, John is also responsible for managing Osazda Energy's overall resources and operations as well as marketing the company’s metal matrix composite (MMC) technology.

Dr. Han is the co-founder of Osazda Energy LLC and co-inventor of its core technology. He was named the 2018 STC.UNM Innovation Fellow at the University of New Mexico. Dr. Han holds 17 issued patents and six pending US and PCT applications. He specializes in electromechanical process integration and has played a key role in advancing the company’s technology.

Dr. Andre Chavez is the Chief Engineer at Osazda Energy, where he leads research and development of metal matrix composite (MMC) technology for space and terrestrial photovoltaic applications. Andre earned his B.S. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of New Mexico, where he is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering.

Melissa Firestone is the Project Manager at Osazda Energy, supporting operations, business development, and marketing. She has experience in entrepreneurship, strategic planning, and commercialization, with a background in small business ownership and education. Melissa plays a key role in streamlining processes and fostering industry partnerships to advance Osazda’s growth and market presence.

Sofia Ortiz is the Project Manager at Osazda Energy, overseeing project execution, milestone tracking, and grant compliance. She has experience in business development, intellectual property management, and technology commercialization. Sofia holds a B.S. in Psychological Sciences from Northern Arizona University and previously worked in patent evaluation and IP monetization at Ortiz & Lopez, PLLC.

David M. Wilt serves as a board advisor for Osazda Energy, bringing over three decades of experience in advancing space power generation systems. He has held key research positions at NASA Glenn Research Center and the Air Force Research Laboratory, focusing on the development of high-efficiency solar cells and photovoltaic technologies for space applications.

Joshua S. Stein serves as a board advisor for Osazda Energy, bringing expertise in photovoltaic performance modeling and grid integration. He is a Distinguished Member of Technical Staff at Sandia National Laboratories and leads research in PV system performance and variability analysis. Joshua also founded the PV Performance Modeling Collaborative to enhance PV prediction accuracy.
